looking for a fic

i know these are iritating especially when they are really vague.but luckily
I have lots of details. except for the title and author's name.

I read this ages ago. Buffy and Xander are twins. Xander was kidnapped as a
baby by the Harris' and just to prove that Xander comes by his geekness
naturally... Hank and Joyce originally named him Scott.

Weird twist....Genetically Dawn is Buffy and Xander's

I vaguely remember the author had a masculine name and that it was a long
series. and Willow going dark at some point. Maybe some time travel too...
but that maybe another story I read at the same time.

I belive that one features B and X as siblings.
